The owner was so welcoming, kind, and helpful, and the staff were really friendly. I felt at home with my family here. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy. This is the best hotel I've stayed in with my family.

They were so kind and helpful, and the family room was a good price. We didn't try the food, but lots of people were eating, so it looked really good. Next time I'll come straight back here instead of spending time searching for a hotel.

The room was spotless and had everything I needed, and the hospitality made the stay feel special. From arrival, the family and staff were so welcoming and kept making sure we were comfortable. Big thanks to [Mr. Elbert, and Madam Maya and Maryam and the rest of the great and fantastic family❤️❤️❤️] for such a lovely visit. I’d happily recommend [snow king hotel ] to anyone looking for a great stay. ❤️🙏

Maiko, the owner, was incredibly kind. We arrived after dinner service had ended at 8:00, around 8:30, and she had waited so we’d still have something to eat. That kind of thoughtfulness really stood out. The hotel is also in a perfect spot next to 25 ski area, with amazing food and service. One of the best places to stay in Bakuriani, highly recommend snow king hotel.

The breakfast buffet is a must try. This was my best stay in Georgia, at a lovely Georgian family hotel where I felt right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. My sincere thanks.
