The rooms were cold and dirty, and the lift, sauna, and staircase were broken or unsafe. We’d been looking forward to the trip, but the hotel ruined our vacation. Charging €800 for this level of service is shocking. Management should be ashamed of the way guests are treated.

For 5 nights we paid €800 and received the worst service ever. The lift was broken and our rooms were cold. When we raised it, staff brushed us off with, 'This is Georgia, it’s like this everywhere.' That felt like a lie and an insult. They didn’t apologize or offer help. Not worth a single Euro.

Mold in the shower, loose railings, and a climb to the 4th floor because there was no working lift. The pool was dangerously hot to get into, and staff were rude and dismissive when we asked for help. This was the worst hotel experience. €800 feels like a total robbery. Stay somewhere else!

Our bathroom had visible mold and a damp smell, and the room was freezing. Nobody offered us a heater. The lift was broken too, so we had to haul all our heavy luggage up to the 4th floor ourselves, with no help. The hygiene here is unacceptable. Avoid this place!

The rooms are huge, with balconies looking out over the wide Bakuriani area. The ski resort is within walking distance, and the spot is easy to reach with a good vantage point. Breakfast wasn’t good, especially with only a few guests around. There was no toilet paper in the rooms either.
