The worst part was the AC. The apartment got so hot and humid that it was hard to sleep or spend time inside during the day. With the AC not working well, we had to sleep with the windows open, but there were no mosquito nets, so we struggled with mosquitoes every day. The balcony faces a busy street, so it wasn’t somewhere we could sit, and the street noise made sleeping difficult. The sea view was partly blocked by two old, very poorly maintained buildings in front of the block. The complex itself is fairly new and doesn’t have an overwhelmingly large number of flats. There were no noise problems inside the building, and the apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. It’s a couple of minutes from a quieter beach. I think it may be better than other apartment blocks widely known in the city, but these drawbacks are still there.

I like that building. NEXT is one of Georgia’s best real estate developers. The elevators are fast, there’s a free gym on the 2nd floor, and the view is great.

The apartment door looks good, but it lets in a lot of drafts, and you can clearly hear neighbors walking around. Noise is a big problem here for long-term renters. A family with children lives above us, and we hear their footsteps and screams, sometimes until midnight. There is a fitness center, but only two cardio machines work, and the rest are broken or barely functioning. It’s also very cold in there. Staff rooms are on that floor, and staff often walk back and forth, eat, and chat. You won’t save money on a gym membership here. This isn’t a luxury building, and it isn’t worth the money.

The higher floors have excellent views. Waking up to the sea is stunning!!! It’s a new aparthotel.
