I was made to pay 45 Lari when I arrived, even though I'd booked the room for 37 Lari through Booking.com. They threatened to evict me and cancel my reservation if I didn't pay, so I felt I had no choice. Afterward, the price on Booking.com was lowered to 10 Lari, much less than I had paid. I asked for a receipt and kept it as proof. Worse, someone on the staff altered my Booking.com review, manipulating one of my ratings to give them a perfect 10. It may have happened when they asked to look at my phone to check the reservation. Luckily, my other review, where I gave them a 1, was untouched. This was a terrible experience. I consider this place a scam, and this behavior puts guests' trust and safety at risk. I strongly recommend avoiding the hotel.

We enjoyed the flat a lot. It was really nice, clean, and had a perfect view 👌

A very dirty place.

We’d booked through Booking.com for July 18-20, but after seeing negative reviews online, we asked to look at the room before paying. He refused and shouted at us. We calmly explained that we only wanted to see it, and he said, "I'm the boss, I do what I want," then acted as if he had no idea what was going on. We cancelled and left. I absolutely can’t recommend him.
