The building is new and the place is amazing. Everything’s nearby, including stores, pharmacies, and a spa. The service was great, and guest relations were perfect. Gio especially was one of the nicest people we met, always available, kind, and helpful. Thanks!

A modern, new hotel with a spacious room and a balcony. You get mountain views on one side and the sea on the other. The staff were very polite, especially receptionist Pauta.

Services are average, and the entrance is hard to get to. There’s no reception after 9 PM.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. The service was terrible and the staff were unprofessional. If you’re planning a trip to Batumi, I’d avoid it.

The corridors are very dirty. No one ever cleans them.
