The area is very quiet, and the hotel is about a five-minute drive from the main street, shops, restaurants, and river view. I'd recommend paying a little extra for a balcony room so you can enjoy the mountain view with some privacy. We had one, and it was lovely. There's a kids' play area too. The rooms are clean, with great room service, and ours had a large bathroom with a bidet spray, or Shattaf. The rooms are great, the staff are friendly, and breakfast has a good variety of very good food.

For the price, the stay was good value, though I think there may be better options at the same rate and in a similar location. We were driving, so the central location worked fine for us. The uphill road to the hotel is steep, and stopping for an oncoming car was difficult. There's space to park outside, but only enough for two cars. We stayed two nights in a room facing the hotel, with a view but no balcony. The room had enough space, I guess, though multiple suitcases would make it tight. Breakfast was great. Rooms aren't cleaned daily unless you ask, and the soap, body wash, and shampoo provided were only enough for one person for one use. We had to request more.

Ms Mariam looked after our group of 15 very well. The hotel is lovely, cozy, clean, and well maintained. We were very satisfied.

The room was clean and well equipped, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is quiet, yet restaurants and the centre are within walking distance. I'd suggest paying a little more for a balcony room. The view is beautiful, and it's so peaceful outside early in the morning.
