Batumi World Palace Hotel

Everything was close by, including Ali, Nino, the Boulevard, and Piazza Square. The hotel had a wonderful view and great location, and the staff took excellent care of us. Mr. Kakha and Mrs. Lisa treated us more than wonderfully. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Thank you both so much.

The room was generously sized, and this was the first hotel we'd stayed in that provided a blanket. The room felt tired, though. The bed was acceptable but not good, and the bed lights didn't work properly. The refrigerator also didn't get drinks cold. The bathroom needs a makeover. The lighting was poor, water from the shower splashed onto the floor, and it only got warm rather than hot. There was no pull out cord for hanging washed smalls. Breakfast wasn't geared toward a westerner diet.

The room was spacious, clean, and nice, the bath was nice too, and the location was good. Reception spoke English well and was very helpful. The bath was quite dark because some lights weren't working, which was a shame since it was well equipped. My bedside reading light didn't work either, so I had to turn on the whole room to read and couldn't let my husband sleep in peace.

The staff took care of every little detail, and the whole stay felt really welcoming, almost like being at home. I had a fantastic time at Batumi World Palace Hotel and can’t wait to come back.
