Ponto Gallery Boutique Hotel

A great hotel for the price. Nonna and Natta, hopefully I’ve got their names right, are amazing, caring, and helpful. They prepared breakfast with love. The metro is 12 minutes away, and there’s a 24-hour supermarket right next door.

The little interior made our stay feel memorable, and my sister and I had a lovely four days at Ponto Gallery Hotel. The underground dining room was a favorite, too. It’s about five minutes by taxi from the main city sights and around 15 minutes from the airport, so the price felt budget-friendly for the location. There aren’t many rooms, which seems to help them give guests attentive service. Reception is always available; most staff don’t speak much English, but they do their best to understand what you need. Breakfast has simple choices in small portions, served fresh, and you can choose the time. I’m giving it five stars for cleanliness. See you again soon!

More than 20 days have passed and Booking still hasn’t returned our money. We paid twice, once in advance and again by card at the hotel because the receptionist made a mistake. They wouldn’t refund us on the spot and told us to sort it out through Booking instead of giving the money back in cash. We called the police, but that didn’t help. The receptionist had assured me it wouldn’t be a problem, but it has turned into a huge problem for me. We’re still waiting for the refund.

I spent nine days here and was really impressed. It’s a cozy place to relax, and so far it’s been my favorite place to stay. They have a car too, so if you want to go somewhere, just ask at reception.
