The room was nice and clean, but the staff couldn't speak English. There's no elevator, and they couldn't help me open the room safe to store my valuables.

We arrived after 10 PM, when everywhere else in town was booked. The receptionist helped us out by giving us the last room at a discount. It was on the fifth floor with no elevator, which was quite an experience. We only stayed the night and paid 120 GEL. The bathroom had too much hair in the shower, and the toilet leaked. Showering left water all over the bathroom because there was no water restrictor. Breakfast was included, but we didn't have time for it and had to pay the day before. There are places to eat nearby, and the location is good. It's a long way from the sea, though in high season, when everywhere is packed, it's a perfectly acceptable option. The panoramic window looked onto the wall of a nearby building.
