Pretty good.

There are cafes and a supermarket nearby, and the beach is right beside this new complex. My husband and I stayed here at the end of September and really liked the apartment. It's compact, but had what we needed: a little kitchen, bed, TV, and a balcony overlooking the waterfront. Cleaning is available for the apartments. You'll enjoy staying here.
The elevator and hallway smelled like electrical wiring, and we didn't want to stay longer than a day even after they moved us to a room that was at least livable. The first room was smoky, dusty, and had cigarette butts on the balcony. Some animal had badly chewed the furniture, and the mattress sloped sharply toward the head. We were rushing to find somewhere else and didn't take a photo. I don't know where the good reviews came from. The building felt like a huge dorm dressed up as luxury accommodation. There are many better options in Batumi, so I'd look for another building.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, with the beach, supermarket, transit, and excursions close by. We had a third-floor room with a terrace and sea view, with tables and chairs that worked well for breakfast or an outdoor get-together. The downside was guests smoking on the balconies above and tossing cigarette butts onto our terrace, even though the rooms had ashtrays and trash cans.
Getting to the center is easy, and the view is lovely. The rooms are comfortable and nice, but cleanliness could be better, perhaps because the staff are a bit irresponsible. Bathroom items and toiletries were missing altogether or provided in too-small amounts. Laundry left hanging on balconies wasn't collected. Also, elevator cards only cover a limited number of rides, around 5-10, and once the balance is gone, you have to pay to ride again.
