You can walk to the main tourist spots in about 10-15 minutes, and the hotel is right across from the Argo cable car station, in the center of Batumi. It’s a small, cozy place, not a fancy one, and may be an older property that’s been renovated. Breakfast was very good. The staff were polite, and George was especially helpful with suggestions for food and the main sights.

We felt welcome every time we returned from an excursion, greeted with a smile, and the staff were very hospitable. They gave us a tourist guide and map, offered practical sightseeing tips, and let us leave our bags for a few hours after checkout. The room was clean and ready for guests, and breakfast had plenty of options and good coffee. You can also buy wine from their winery at an affordable price. The location is great, right by the harbour and close to the bus station. We’ll recommend it to friends and plan to return.

Getting here by bus from the airport was easy, and the hotel is near public transport, the Old City, popular and halal restaurants, and other activities. Breakfast was good. But my stay was terrible, and I don’t recommend the place. I arrived at noon after a long journey and was told check-in was at 2 PM, which I understood was the policy. At 2, the room still wasn’t ready, and I only got in at 2:39. I asked for an extra hour at checkout because of the delay. The door key kept sticking and wouldn’t lock or open properly. I told reception, but nothing was done, and it happened every Monday without being fixed. There was also a strong gas smell. I reported it to the night receptionist, who didn’t seem concerned and said it might be next to the room. Signs were posted all over the hotel, children on my floor fought and ran around noisily, and kitchen smells filled the rooms and stairs in the morning. When I came back to collect my luggage after leaving it in storage for two hours, I asked to use the restroom before heading to the airport. The receptionist unprofessionally told me there was no restroom in the hotel. The decision is yours, but that was my experience.

Boutique Hotel 32 is near the Argo cable car station, with everything close by. The team made our stay unforgettable. Everyone, from the front desk to the cafeteria, was warm and kind, and they treated my baby like a princess. I’ll always be grateful for that. Breakfast was an experience in itself and a must-try. We were greeted with real smiles every day, and when I asked about the delicious jam, they gave us a jar of their homemade jam. It’s hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Batumi. If you visit the city and miss Boutique Hotel 32, you’ll be missing something special.
