The electric car shuttle to the beach was very convenient, and the driver was kind and friendly. The indoor pool was clean and looked after, but the outdoor pool area needed attention: cigarette ash and sunflower seed shells sat there for days. The rooms are nice, but housekeeping needs serious improvement. During my six-day stay, the sheets were never changed, and I had to ask several times for towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was basic and usually wasn’t ready at the advertised 8:00, only around 8:30. The restaurant menu was limited, with several listed choices unavailable. I was quite disappointed because Calligraphy Hotel doesn’t meet what I’d expect from a premium four-star hotel. There are some good points, but a lot needs improving to reach that standard.

The driver was polite and helpful when taking guests to the beach, which was the only positive part of my stay. The room wasn’t properly maintained, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the meals weren’t suitable for children. Service had many shortcomings and made it impossible to relax or enjoy the stay. I don’t recommend going here, especially with children.

The interior was nice, and the staff were very pleasant. The rest of the stay was good, honestly, but the water problem was hard to overlook. They said the reservoir had run out, but that’s no excuse for a large hotel when many guests are affected. It’s by the sea, and they should fix this immediately.

There’s a botanical garden nearby, a lovely place to walk and enjoy nature, and the location is convenient. The evenings can be a little noisy, though it’s barely noticeable inside the rooms. Caligrafi Hotel left a very pleasant impression: stylish design, clean and cozy rooms, and thoughtful details throughout. The staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to help, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. A great place to relax, and I definitely recommend it.

It’s a peaceful spot, with no nearby roads carrying car noise and no restaurants playing loud music. The beach takes about 12-15 minutes on foot, or 2 minutes by ride, and the hotel provides free transport there and back. There are two pools, one outdoors and one indoors, plus a spa, fitness facilities, eight-ball pool, and table tennis. The location is great if you prefer calm surroundings.
