Colosseum Marina Hotel

Staff stole money from my room. When I told management, their response was basically nothing, and they didn't seem to care. Be careful and find somewhere better.

Walking from the parking area straight to the boulevard was convenient, and Grand Mall is only a short walk away. My room was high up, with a balcony and a beautiful sea view. The location was great, the staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast had lots of delicious choices. The price felt fair, especially with spa and gym access included. I had a wonderful stay!

I came from Iraq and booked four nights at Colosseum Marina Hotel, but left after three because I no longer felt comfortable. The hotel looks old and poorly cared for, especially outside, and doesn't look like the photos. Cleanliness was lacking, and the place felt neglected. Most staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, so the service fell short. The one bright spot was the woman who cleaned the rooms, she was kind, respectful, and genuinely friendly. In August 2025, the location was great, all rooms had sea views, breakfast was good, the air conditioning worked well, and the pool was very good. But cleanliness was an issue, and the bed linen had been used. The bed was noisy, groaning loudly with every small movement. At reception they handed out pool cards without warning us to return them at checkout. I couldn't find mine then, though fortunately I eventually did, and was asked for 50 gel. The same thing happened to my friends. It felt like a business built around the card.
