The hosts were really kind and helpful, and I liked that the hotel welcomes dogs. There are shared kitchens on the 3rd and 4th floors. It's a great place to stay, about a 15 minute walk from the sea and a 3 minute walk from a grocery shop. Sound insulation is poor, though, so bring earplugs.

We spent 14 days there as a Saudi family and really enjoyed it. David and his family were polite, kind and so helpful. We love them, especially Nataiya, David's wife. Thank you, David and Natayia. We love you.

A quiet, family-friendly place in Adlia,Batumi, with a friendly attitude any time of year. New Boulevard square is close by, and the airport is 5 minutes away. You'll find yourself coming back again and again.

We had a lovely stay as a Saudi family. The David family were kind and lovely, and helped us during our visit. Their hotel was clean, the price was nice, and I'd recommend it for a summer vacation.
