We had a clean, modern room with air conditioning and a balcony, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel is in Batumi's old part, with sights, attractions, shops and pharmacies all within walking distance. There's also a good restaurant next door serving home-style food at reasonable prices. My best stay in Batumi so far.

It's about a five to seven minute walk into the center, with a supermarket close by, and the hotel sells beer and other drinks too. The rooms were clean and had balconies. A nice little hotel near Batumi's bus station.

Be careful, I think this hotel is a scam and uses fake reviews. Look at the recent ones. We booked through booking, then they tried to make us pay four times the price and afterward said the hotel was full.

It's handy for getting around Batumi and for traveling back to Tbilisi, since it's near the bus stations. I hope I can stay there again.

There isn't a clear fixed price, so unless you're comfortable haggling, I'd avoid this place. The receptionist also had loud phone conversations late into the night. The room air conditioning couldn't be adjusted, and after a very rainy day we came back to a freezing room with no good way to dry our clothes. I was sick for two weeks after that first night.
