Beach, historic center and shopping are all close enough to reach on foot in about 5-10 minutes. The staff were very nice, and nearly all spoke English very well. Our room was clean, but the street-facing rooms were so noisy that I couldn't sleep well some nights. There was also some mold on the bathroom walls, and the shower screen leaked :(

The location made it easy to walk to Old Town, and the beach was just a few blocks away. I arrived at 3 am, and the attendant showed me to a parking spot and suggested a diner that was open for a quick meal. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I'll be back!

The hotel is spotless, the rooms are lovely, and the value for money is outstanding. There's no elevator, and the rooms are spread across five floors. What really made the stay, though, was the staff at Hotel Eiffel, who were responsive, kind and went beyond what I expected.

Our rooms were spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean, and being close to Nuri Lake, where our dragonboat race was held, made this a great choice. Nika and his team helped us from the planning months earlier through our arrival and right up to the final day. They were friendly, efficient and went the extra mile to handle all our many requests. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel in Batumi.

The hotel is in Batumi's old city, in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good, served at a reasonable time for tourists, from 9 to 11 am. There wasn't a safe in the room.
