Every time we stay here, the place is clean and comfortable. It's a cozy, lovely spot near the sea, and the owners are good people.

Stopped in for a beer and caught a perfect sunset. I'd definitely recommend coming here to watch it.

The hosts made us feel like family. When our daughter got sick and we were worried about her, they even prepared a light soup especially for her. Vardo was welcoming and happy to help with any request, and Dzhumber met us at the airport and took us back, whatever the hour. He also offered free trips to Batumi market and sightseeing if we wanted. Their children and grandchildren were friendly too, and the staff were polite and helpful. It felt like a place made for families, with lots of children and somewhere for them to gather and chat in the evenings. The sea is only a three-minute walk away, with shops and cafes nearby, and public transport for Batumi or Turkey close at hand. Our room was comfortable, with good quality beds, air conditioning, Wi-Fi that worked well both in the room and cafe, and a lovely balcony view. The bathroom was decent. We also really enjoyed the food. The menu is mostly Georgian, portions are very large, but you can order half portions, which keeps it inexpensive. They can make custom dishes too. We were delighted with our stay.

You get to the beach by crossing the road and taking a little path with a spring. It's right there, clean, and has large pebbles, loungers, umbrellas, a cafe and a shower. The beach is shared with the other hotels. This is a small family place with just 15 rooms. Dzhumber and his wife Vardo do most of the work themselves, he shops at the market and she runs the kitchen. They're decent, hardworking people. There's no reception or usual hotel extras, but everyone knows the guests by sight and name, and things can be arranged without fuss. Prices are lower than nearby places, with very little hired staff. The food is delicious, and Wi-Fi reaches everywhere through three hotspots. Rooms, beds, linens and amenities are all top notch. By principle, there are no TVs in the rooms.
