The building itself is nice, but the management has made even receiving a package impossible. Couriers aren't allowed to bring anything in, and every time I ask, there's another nonsensical excuse and someone else gets blamed. I travel a lot and haven't encountered service this bad anywhere. Lasha, the manager, offered no solution, and the “owner relations manager” was even worse. Nobody takes responsibility or tries to help. There is nothing luxurious about being unable to get a basic delivery. The whole thing is so disappointing that I'm seriously thinking of moving out. It's hard to believe they can't handle something this simple.

The reception staff were really rude. The apartment itself was the worst I've stayed in: dirty rooms, unmade beds, and hair in the shower. I wouldn't recommend it. Pick somewhere else.

The staff, rooms, and location were all great. What ruined it was the flashing light on the facade of the building opposite. It was incredibly irritating, and the curtains didn't block it at all. The whole place felt like a cheap Luna park at night. Whoever decided to install those lights should be fired. Terrible.

It's in a good spot near the sea, with nice cafes around, and the room is big and fairly clean. But the bathroom smells bad, and the staff are extremely unfriendly.

That awful lighting on the other building shines into the room all night, so sleeping properly is hard. Don't book here if you want to rest or enjoy the sea view. The people who designed it must have very poor judgment and taste. I don't recommend staying here.
