Renovation work is the main downside. Buildings were covered in netting, scaffolding was everywhere, and the daytime construction made things a bit noisy. Still, the guesthouse is right in the city center, just minutes from Piazza and Europe Square, with lots of cafes and shops nearby. The beach is around a 10-minute walk away, and the lovely views of Old Batumi make up for the walk.

The hosts were pleasant, helpful, and available around the clock. The rooms were clean, and the small kitchen had what I needed to prepare my own food. It’s in a great spot, close to the sea, port, parks, squares, cafes, and bars. A very nice hostel for a stay in Batumi, I recommend it.

I stayed for one night and thought it was very good for the price. The old town center is right there, so you can walk to the main sights, and the beach is at most a 10-minute walk away. There are pubs nearby, so some people might find it noisy, but I slept well. Everything was perfect for me.

The owner was friendly and spoke Russian, and the location was handy for shops and restaurants. My room was clean and okay, though modest. The bathroom was the worst part: a broken drain left the whole floor flooded.

A great spot to unwind and enjoy the feel of Old Batumi. It’s right in the center, near the beach and other attractions, and for me it’s the best place in Batumi for a seaside holiday.
