It’s an easy 10-minute walk to the sea, and there’s parking at the property. The hosts are really friendly, with a minibus ride of about 20 minutes to Batumi. There are shops close by, plus a kitchen on site. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is clean, and the grounds are kept in good shape. The place has pretty good conditions overall, and I’d definitely recommend it.
