I work in the service industry too, so I notice the small details. This place was modern, spotless, and clearly well looked after. Diana at the Front Office deserves special mention. When a minor issue came up, she responded quickly, handled it warmly and professionally, and got everything sorted without any fuss. The team's care for guests was beyond what I expected. I felt the service was excellent, and I'd happily return. It's a great choice for a visit to Batumi.

Diana, the Reception Manager, gave me such a warm welcome and was very professional. The room was comfortable, modern, and really clean, and everything was organized well from the minute I arrived at Hampton by Hilton Batumi. Lovely service and atmosphere, I'd definitely recommend it!!!!!!

The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff were polite and ready to help. I found the location convenient, with what I needed nearby. The hotel itself is new, clean, and nicely decorated, with cozy, comfortable modern rooms. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed staying at the Hampton Inn. It's a new, modern place, clean, quiet, and feels safe. The location is great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

A great location and a lovely new hotel. The breakfast is nice, but a few things felt poorly thought out: the coffee machine didn't match the cup size and milk spilled over, the waffle batter didn't work in the machine, and the hummus seemed to be served again the next day. When I tried it, it was already rotten. Please be careful with that. The bar also closes at 21.00, and afterward you can't even get a glass of wine, even though bottles and glasses are right beside reception. There's no blackout curtain either, so the room gets bright as soon as the sun comes up. Still, we'll come back for sure π₯°π Update 27/12/2025: Breakfast has improved massively and everything runs smoothly now. They even gave us umbrellas when it rained. Full 5-star review, and we'll definitely return!
