We arrived at midnight, and the bedroom was amazingly clean, with plenty of space. Breakfast was wonderful, with a beautiful view from their balcony. The house is cozy and clean, and the couple who run it are lovely people. The bathroom issues mentioned in the review below have all been fixed! :)

We had a great five-night stay. The place was clean and had AC in every room, and the family were so friendly and welcoming that we felt at home. The food was excellent. They also helped us arrange tours and pretty much anything else we needed.

The owners are an elderly couple who cook very well, and their veranda is a lovely spot for tea or wine in the evening, even though it doesn't have a view. The guesthouse is small, with just three or four rooms, each with a private bathroom. It's nicely decorated, clean, and tidy. You can easily find it and walk to the center of Sighnaghi. I'd recommend it, especially since the prices are reasonable and the place keeps things simple.
