We had three nights booked but left after just one. The loud conversations outside the hostel were a problem, and we had to go out twice to ask people to quiet down. We even had to mention the police. Then there was a mouse and a cockroach in the room. The landlord said he wasn’t surprised about it. There were spider webs everywhere, too, and the room smelled as if it had been shut up for years. It looks cute in the pictures, but this place was a disaster.

The owner and staff are really kind, and it’s a nice hostel. The common area in the kitchen is small, but it’s still a good spot to hang out. There’s good music playing, and if you like drawing, you can draw on the walls. That adds to the experience.

The room was really dirty, there was a bad smell everywhere, and there were mice. We’d booked another hostel in the same building, but this owner lied and said we’d booked his place. We didn’t want to stay, but he kept our money and wouldn’t return it. Never go there!

As a woman traveling solo, I didn’t feel safe here. One of the staff was extremely creepy. The facilities were really bad, and the hostel’s atmosphere wasn’t nice either. There are much nicer places around Batumi for about the same price.

A totally surreal, weird place, which I actually liked :) The place is pretty dirty, but it’s cheap and in an excellent location. The owner Tamazi is eccentric and charismatic. Some people might call him mean, but I found him really kind and welcoming. A huge plus is that you can stay there with a pet.
