The beach is only about 200 meters away, and the balcony looks right out at the Black Sea. Waking up to that view felt magical. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a kitchen, a kid's bed, utensils, and the other essentials. We had to leave before breakfast hours, but the staff kindly prepared breakfast early for us. The service was top-notch, especially with the food. This was our best stay in Batumi, comfortable, scenic, and warm. Highly recommend it! 🌅💙

My experience in Georgia had been average, but staying in this apartment made the last two days of my trip. The property was well maintained and had almost everything we needed. The staff were very polite and cooperative, and even though they didn't understand English, they still tried to help in any way they could. Everyone had a smile on their face. Must visit.

I had a very bad experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel. It was extremely dirty, and the service was poor. Briana at the front desk charged us more than the original amount and said it was for the bank, even though we'd paid in cash. She was rude and unprofessional. An older receptionist yelled at us when we asked for cleaning, saying it would take two hours. The cleaning lady was angry and unpleasant too. Breakfast was below average and not worth the money. The front desk staff seemed dishonest and tried to add charges for no reason. Cleanliness was practically nonexistent, and even when we put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign, they questioned us about it. I strongly advise finding a more professional place to stay.

It's an economical hotel, pretty much exactly what you'd expect, no more and no less. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the location is truly great.
