I knew it was outside the city centre when I booked, so the location wasn't a surprise. What did surprise me was how spotless and orderly the hotel was, cleaner than I usually expect from hotels in Batumi. The staff were warm and helpful, too. Seems especially handy for business trips, whether you're visiting from abroad or from Georgia.

A short drive gets you into the centre, and the hotel makes a good base for seeing the city. It's set within a complex with gas stations, but inside it was quiet, clean, and spacious, with big rooms and beds. The team were ready to help with anything. Really nice place to stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the elevator setup was a strange problem. It only starts on the second floor, so guests have to haul heavy luggage up there first. I asked reception about it and didn't get a logical explanation.

The hotel sits behind a gas station, away from the traffic noise, and it was a nice, peaceful stay. David at the front desk and Anzor were helpful. I had a good experience and will come back โบ๐๐
