Breakfast was tasty and well prepared, with a nice range of choices to start the day. AISI Hotel is also well placed for exploring Batumi and nearby attractions. The hotel was spotless, with clear attention to hygiene and comfort, and the staff were warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. I had a very comfortable, pleasant stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Batumi.

The rooms are large, with lovely breakfasts and panoramic views. The staff are friendly, and the location is lively, close to the sea, the old city, and newer buildings.

Tekla made our stay more comfortable with her attentive, helpful approach. Whenever we needed something, she responded quickly and offered support. Everything went smoothly, and we’re grateful. Thank you.

This place is filthy. My room still hadn’t been cleaned when I checked in, even though it was the off-season. There were woodlice in the toilet, and the bed linens were stained. At checkout, they wouldn’t let me leave later, despite my having waited two hours for them to finish cleaning before my check-in and the hotel being empty. The staff were incredibly rude. A real dump, and I can’t imagine finding a worse hotel.

The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Georgia, and the location and price are strong points. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and my room was spacious with a nice balcony. The hotel is showing its age, though, with some wear and tear. I booked mainly for the gym, but only the treadmill worked. The other two machines were out of order. There was no hot water at 5:00 AM, and no power outlet by the bed, which made charging devices difficult. If you want a budget stay in a central spot with good breakfast, it’s worth considering, but don’t count on much from the gym.
