I spent three wonderful nights at Brooch and felt safe there as a solo woman traveler. The place is peaceful and clean, with a lovely city view to wake up to, and I’d strongly recommend it for a couple too. Everyone was happy to help. Rashid, Turaan, Rezo, christina and the sweet housekeeper made my stay. Thanks, team Brooch. I’ll come back.

Rashed made check-in and checkout smooth, and was very cordial throughout our stay. Our room was basic but clean, with a nice balcony, and breakfast in the morning was pretty decent. We had a great time at Brooch.

The location is ideal, only a 12-minute walk to the centre, and the rooms were clean and had balconies. Still, the service and cleaning weren’t up to the right standard. It’s definitely not a four-star hotel, more like close to three stars.

We chose this hotel for its tent room, booked it a month and a half ahead, got confirmation of our special request and paid extra. We even took a Bolt to get there. When we arrived, they said the tent room wasn’t working, though they must have known and never contacted us beforehand. They offered a jacuzzi room, which we didn’t want, then a 37 GEL discount. We refused, and they raised it to 87 GEL, but the price was still twice what nearby hotels in better locations charged. In the end we took another Bolt and left. Extremely poor service and a very disappointing experience.

Receptionist Rashid was super friendly and always available for my requests, any time of day. The stay was perfect, and I really recommend this hotel!
