They added a 20% charge to my online booking even though I paid cash at reception. When I called it cheating, they started throwing my luggage away. One staff member was fined more than $700 by police for rude behavior.

The room itself was fine, with an attached bathroom and a small shared kitchen. But at arrival, the owner wanted extra money. I refused, and also refused when he told me to cancel the reservation. As I began to leave, he finally agreed to give me the room. At checkout there was no receipt, and the owner marked me as a no-show. One female staff member was very rude and kept muttering.

The rooms were tiny and really dark, and the inside was very dirty. Still, it was okay for a single night's stay.
