The rooftop was a great place to unwind, and I felt at home here. After I sat with wine on my balcony, the owner appeared on the next balcony to offer me a traditional sweet. She was so thoughtful. The room was cozy and clean, and one of the owners spoke English and was really sweet. They also have a washing machine, which came in handy after a long day and with lots of dirty clothes. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

It was reeeeeaallly cheap, and the terrace is lovely, with swings. Breakfast was really good, too. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice. There’s free drinking water, tea, and coffee. The bathroom smelled a little, and you can’t put paper in the toilet.

The host was very friendly, and breakfast was tasty. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, though a room freshener would have helped. It’s uphill, with no elevator, so it may be awkward for a large group carrying extra luggage. For a short stay when value matters, it’s a good option.

We used the shared fridge, washing machine, and small kitchen, which were handy. Our double room had a city and river view, and it was clean with the beds neatly made. The red mirrored ceiling was unusual, but the beds weren’t comfortable, so ask for an extra duvet to sleep on. The staff greeted us with big smiles and took good care of us. Breakfast was served on the terrace: Georgian bread, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, eggs, labne, and coffee. It was quite nice. The guesthouse is in a calm residential area, about a 10-minute walk from the river, up on a high point in Kutaisi. A very nice place for a night, recommended. Follow me for more reviews 🐗

The bathroom’s strong smell was the biggest drawback. The location is on a hill, which could be difficult for some people. I liked the rooms and the lovely owner. Breakfast was the same each day, but still tasty.
