The room was spacious, with a comfortable mattress and pillows, and toiletries were provided. The staff were welcoming and quick to respond, and reception is open around the clock. It’s an easy walk to everything. We did hear some noise in the evening, but for such a central spot, that felt acceptable.

The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling, and the towels were dirty and had holes too. The rooms were filthy, with mold in many of the bathrooms. One evening, a cold-water pipe suddenly broke and water poured all over the bathroom. It was still broken through much of the next day. A terrible place to stay. Avoid it.

Our room had a broken mattress and a damaged tap that sprayed water in every direction. The rooms were unclean, the floors and walls were damaged, and electrical wires had been left unsecured. One room also had a hole in the ceiling. A bad experience staying here.

I came to Batumi to relax and go to the beach, but I couldn't sleep at night because drunk people at a nearby bar shouted in the street all night, even on weekdays. I ended up spending the day sleeping at the hotel since I was exhausted. The worst experience of my life.
