The nice finishes, modern bathrooms, views, and good location were positives. On the downside, finding the entrance was difficult, since the hotel is on the 14th floor, and it didn’t really feel like the five-star place advertised on booking. There’s no gym, pool, or dedicated parking. I was repeatedly asked to pay for street parking even though the booking showed it as free, and the nearby hotel parking costs a lot. Music was loud on some nights, but closing the windows kept most of it out.

The safe in our room didn’t work, though we weren’t planning to use it. Otherwise, my friend and I had a great stay for a couple of nights, with no problems. The room was tidy and the shower was excellent. After our long flight, the staff were especially kind, accommodating, and efficient.

Getting checked in was quick, and the reception team responded to requests promptly. The room was clean, the staff polite, and the location convenient. I’d happily stay here again and recommend the hotel to others.

The hotel turned out to be in a residential and office building without proper hotel facilities, despite being booked as a “five-star property” in Batumi. Its location on a main street makes it impossible to stop and unload luggage. When we arrived in stormy rain, there was no parking, no staff to help, no bellboy, and not even an umbrella. After I complained, the hotel wouldn’t accept responsibility or offer compensation. The experience was misleading, disappointing, and not worth the cost. If you want a true five-star stay, I strongly advise staying away.
