The manager was good, and the rooms had comfortable bedding and lovely views, though the washroom felt cramped. Reception staff could be more welcoming. Street dogs chasing people around made the trip stressful for our kids, who were afraid to move around. Since the apartment is a little away from Gudauri’s buildings, better security could improve the experience and bring in more guests. We stayed three nights.

The flat was quiet, well equipped for cooking, and had a comfortable bed, which made it a good spot for a relaxing break. We were there out of season, so there wasn’t much open nearby, but the mountain view was lovely. Our host was quick to respond and glad to help with recommendations and logistics. She also knows a local spa I’d recommend trying. The outdoor hot pool was a highlight.

Parking was available, and the price was very affordable. We got lovely views of the snowy mountains, and the atmosphere was great. The hospitality was very good, and they provided all the amenities we needed. A must-stay when visiting Gudauri.

Tamar had thought through even the small details, and the flat had branded amenities and everything we needed to cook. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to spend quality time in Gudauri. I also want to apologize publicly to Tamar for an unintentional mistake I made during our stay. She didn’t call or bother us about it, and I hope to see her again.

Loved it. Amazing place and such great hospitality, especially for that price. I can’t imagine a better option.
