The staff were warm and always willing to help with questions. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go, and there are lots of great coffee shops nearby for breakfast. We spent three nights in a luxury suite on the top floor and found it comfortable. We'd consider staying here again.

The room was clean, nice, and equipped with everything we needed. The hotel is stylish and well located in central Batumi, with lots of cafes nearby, so finding breakfast was easy. Nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful, unusually special stay in this warm, cozy hotel in the center. The place was clean, had good amenities, and the hospitality made us happy. The staff were so kind and helpful. We'll come back.

We had confirmation in both the app and email after booking two rooms for five people in advance. After a long trip, the hotel said they couldn't find the booking, leaving us exhausted and scrambling for somewhere else. They offered one bed for all five of us for a night, or a poorly rated hotel instead, even though this one had a 9.1 rating. They covered our taxi, but that didn't undo the damage. Our vacation and plans were completely ruined.

The hotel is new, stylish, and clean, which isn't something you find in most Batumi hotels. It's in a quiet, uncrowded neighborhood, and you can walk to almost everything in about 15 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're coming to Batumi.
