We were ready to stay for two months at $800 a month, about 70 lari, after friends recommended the place. We visited the apartment, met Natia, liked the room, and agreed right away. The next day we were supposed to pay a $100 deposit, and until then everything seemed settled. Then we messaged Natia to check that the details were right. She said she'd talked to the neighbors and wouldn't take us for less than what we paid elsewhere. The correspondence made that clear, but the apartment price we had discussed was different. I can't tell whether she made that up or simply didn't want to accept less. The whole thing left a bad impression of both the place and its owner.

We'd called ahead and booked a large triple room on Booking.com, checking that everything was confirmed and the room would be ready. They said it was all fine. But on arrival, the owner took us to a tiny room. We explained that wasn't the room we'd booked, and only after we complained did she say ours was occupied. They made no effort to sort it out, just told us to find somewhere else if the small room didn't suit us. The attitude was really rude. I don't recommend staying here.

For our group of 13, we booked five rooms in advance and phoned to confirm they were available. We checked again the day before arrival and were told there were rooms. On check-in day, though, they could offer only two, with nothing else available. No discount or other arrangement was offered, and there was no sense of hospitality. Cleaning and service were absent. The positives are the pool, playground, and being close to the sea.

We reserved five rooms by phone, but ended up with just one, and it wasn't fit for basic comfort. There weren't even towels, and it fell short of Booking.com's terms. The owners and managers were arrogant and shameless, constantly changing things and confirming reservations before refusing to host us. Talking to them was impossible. The owner was sitting in her room with her feet on a chair, eating watermelon, smoking, and chatting with people she couldn't accommodate. I saw a smile with two or three teeth, no more. It's a total dump. Don't spoil your vacation and mood with this place.
