Hotel Kanzler

Breakfast was the same very limited spread every day, just a basic omelette and a few vegetables. The food was somewhat acceptable, but there were no other options or water, and the cutlery was noticeably dirty. Waiting 30 to 40 minutes for the elevator was also frustrating and impractical. The room conditions were unacceptable. The boiler was rusty and outdated, there was no phone to call reception, and the towels and sheets were dirty when we arrived. They stayed that way despite several requests. The bathroom had a persistent bad smell, likely from poor ventilation and leakage, and cleaning wasn't adequate during our stay. The shower gel and shampoo were poor quality as well. From the start, guest service fell short. There wasn't always a receptionist available, which made communication difficult. My stay at Kanzler Hotel was far below expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it until major improvements are made.

The hotel staff were nice, but breakfast was so limited that we had to bring our own food to eat in the morning. The location is great, right in the middle of the city. The bathroom always smelled bad, and so did the towels. Getting to the hotel meant going through a crowded, smelly reception and then waiting around 15 minutes for an elevator.

I hate this hotel with all my heart. The staff are really nice and the rooms are nice and clean, but it's on the 36th floor, and the elevators are packed all day. We waited 30 minutes for one because it was so busy. Getting to and from the hotel was way too hard, and nobody helped us bring our bags inside.

The view is amazing, but there are a few things that need fixing. The elevators are crowded, and there's no trolley or service for people with luggage. It takes at least 10 minutes to catch an elevator, then five more to get down. There's no parking, and breakfast is very limited. Still, the view is great.
