This is definitely not a five-star hotel. It felt very old and unwelcoming. The carpet in our room had black stains and there were holes in the wall. We asked for the room to be cleaned for three days, but it never was. The air conditioning in one room wasn’t working, and it took half a day for them to fix it. Breakfast was very limited, and the water for making coffee wasn’t hot. At the pool, there was no way to buy a drink or food.

We came in August on a business trip and got amazing service. The blonde woman at reception was always polite and greeted us with a warm smile. When my computer suddenly stopped working during an important conference, she even helped me out.

The staff were extremely rude, and the service was poor. We called the receptionist and spoke to him in person, but the problem still wasn’t fixed. The blankets were dirty when we arrived, with red and yellow stains, and they didn’t replace them.

The rooms were poor and the bed uncomfortable, in a very old hotel that doesn’t deserve even one star. Breakfast was bad, and there was no coffee, either with breakfast or anywhere in the hotel. I went to shower and couldn’t find any towels, so I had to go get them from the workers. They don’t respect people. I also went to the restaurant next door, but they didn’t welcome me because they said they didn’t want me to get tired.
