It's in an excellent location, close to restaurants and not far from the Bazaar. The rooms are modern and clean, but most are quite small, and opening a large suitcase is difficult. The only window is a large french window facing a courtyard, so it's noisy at night. Privacy is also an issue if you open the curtain for fresh air.

The reception staff were very nice and helpful, and it felt like a very safe place. It's centrally located within walking distance of all attractions in Batumi. The rooms are small, but for a few days' stay, it was worth the money.

The breakfast had a good spread, with plenty of variety and excellent taste. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and most places of interest were within walking distance thanks to the excellent location. We had a wonderful experience and were glad we chose this place for our 3 days' stay in Bstumi.

The location was really convenient, close to the city center, and the place was nice and pretty. The rooms are small but enough for a short stay. I could hear the TV in the next room through the probably too thin walls, though it wasn't really a problem for me.
