I only spent one night here, so I could be wrong about my impressions, but the owners seemed like they cared about more than money. They were nice, and the place was relaxing, clean, and had a bit of a fancy feel. There's beach access and an entrance from the main road. The big yard has an old Cadillac Eldorado that even starts:) One thing, the photo isn't of Kvariati guest hotel, it's taken from Kvariati guest hotel and shows the hotel opposite, which I liked. Based on the cost, cleanliness, and atmosphere, I'd recommend the hotel.

There's a shared kitchen downstairs with good equipment, plus a fridge and air conditioning. The rooms are nice, with a small bathroom and toilet.

The location is amazing. They do need to put more effort into keeping things clean.
