The pool, wellness area, and food were all lovely, and Le Méridien Batumi has a beautiful setting right in the city center. The whole place had a relaxed feel and pleasant aromas. Everything was well organized. When a small issue came up, manager Natia sorted it quickly and professionally, and we appreciated her care and attention to detail. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Ana made me feel welcome and looked after from the moment I arrived at Le Méridien Batumi. The Front Office team handled every request promptly and carefully, which made the stay smooth and relaxing. Finding a parking spot nearby took some luck, since there’s no dedicated parking. There was also noise from the boulevard and nearby restaurants, and I couldn’t book directly for some reason, so I had to use Booking.com. Still, the staff were attentive, the food and services were perfect, and everything else was great. A very pleasant stay.

It was my first visit to Georgia, and the team made me feel at home. They pointed me to tasty local dishes and places around Batumi that are worth seeing. Great hospitality, and a lovely place to stay.

My family stayed in rooms 804 and 809 for two nights starting 11 August 2025. The hand towels and face towels were missing from the washroom, and the creamer pouches for tea and coffee were expired. There was also used stuff left in the room by previous guests, and it hadn’t been cleaned. I was shocked to find a Marriott property in this condition. You pay so much expecting a luxury stay, and this wasn’t it. Please look for another option. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend visiting.
