After traveling all day, I arrived exhausted and learned that the rooms shown as available on Booking.com didn’t actually exist. They told me to cancel my reservation, then asked me to book again through Booking at a higher price. The reception staff were no help, and the manager avoided the issue and wouldn’t speak with us. Breakfast was awful, with everything seeming to be the cheapest quality. Later the water was cut off, so we couldn’t even use the toilet. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

I barely slept. Even with the toilet door closed, a sewage smell kept me awake all night. Not all the staff speak English. Breakfast had very little variety, less than what I’d expect at a 3 star hotel, and the food was very salty. One of the worst hotels ever. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Hotel Legacy was a pleasant choice for us. The rooms were clean, and the hotel is close to the beach and city center. We were traveling with our pet, who enjoyed the stay too. Misha and Lery at reception were caring and helpful, with such good tempers. We appreciated our time there and would choose the same place next time.

We booked for two groups of 28 guests on separate dates at Legacy Hotel in Batumi, and both stays were exceptional. The accommodations were comfortable and the hotel was immaculately clean. The team was caring and responsive, going above and beyond to meet our needs. Thanks to the management and staff for making it such an enjoyable experience. We’re already planning another visit soon.

The rooms were good, but the location was bad. Room service only takes care of the toilet.
