The rooms smelled awful and the place wasn’t clean. The staff weren’t friendly, and being there just made me want to go home as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I’d already paid. Breakfast is at another hotel, a five-minute walk away.

I wouldn’t book here again. The room smelled bad the whole time, the bed was really uncomfortable, and I didn’t find the breakfast tasty or healthy. The elevator made no sense and took ages, and the location was far from the tourist spots.

The reception staff were rude and unfriendly, and the receptionist worked at a turtle’s pace. We felt like workers while he was the customer. The rooms smelled dirty, and the curtains wouldn’t close. One star is generous. I’d never recommend this place.

The hotel sits just across from Batumi Boulevard, which makes the view better and the location convenient. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the dishes at breakfast and dinner are delicious. Service wasn’t the best.

The view out to the Black Sea is wonderful, and the location made it easy to enjoy the trip. The park, sea, pharmacy, bank, exchange, and mall are all close by. The rooms and hotel were very clean, and housekeeping was genuinely helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and service was quick. I’d rate this four-star hotel above some five-star places.
