The seaside setting is a big part of what makes Alliance Palace stand out in Batumi, and the modern architecture is impressive too. I loved watching the sunset from there. The property is clean, quiet, and well looked after, with a comfortable, relaxed feel from the moment you arrive. It’s one of my top choices for its quality, views, and location, and I’d recommend this landmark.

Everything felt cozy, spotless, and nicely organized, and the whole place had such a relaxing vibe. I loved my stay at this hotel and can’t wait to return.

Ally, the receptionist, was especially kind and always smiling. Nika and Diane were friendly and helpful too. Really good customer service! 👌🏼
2/10
The hotel is next to a disco club, so there was a lot of noise at night. I don't recommend it, and the service was very poor. The Booking reviews aren't true, in my experience, and our booking account was hacked too.

I met some good people at reception, especially Ameen. The receptionist was helpful and had a smile for everyone. 👌🏼
