The rooftop bar was a real highlight, with beautiful views, live music you can't hear from the rooms, friendly staff, and great drinks and wines. I also enjoyed the excellent breakfast every morning for a week, and could easily have stayed longer. My room was roomy, full of natural light, and nicely furnished, with a mini fridge, free water bottles, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Housekeeping was impeccable, and they quickly fixed a bathroom light. The front desk were always helpful and responsive. The hotel is right in central Batumi, with restaurants all around and authentic local places in residential neighborhoods just a short walk away. It has a spa with a sauna too, which I didn't use but it looked great. Outstanding hotel, and I'll definitely be back.

We got great local sightseeing tips from reception, and check-in was smooth. The room was quiet and cozy, with everything we needed to be comfortable. The personal attention was unusually good, and we were treated with wonderful hospitality from the moment we arrived. We'll be back very soon.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast has a nice variety. There was construction in one direction in April-May 2026, but it didn't really bother us. The part that did affect my experience was how willing some staff were to help. A few were kind, while some of the younger people seemed to lack basic service awareness, and their help felt like a favor. I gave four stars because the stay was good overall and I didn't need special assistance, partly because their behavior made it uncomfortable to ask. The location is excellent, within walking distance of local and international restaurants like McDonald’s and KFC. The Bolt app also makes it quick and cheap to get a taxi anywhere in the city.

The breakfasts were tasty and well prepared, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. In the city center, the location is excellent. Rooms are comfortable and pleasant, with quality finishes and carefully chosen furniture. A great place to stay, and easy to recommend.

After busy, tiring days, the staff made my stay cozy and comfortable, and even gave me a free room upgrade and a nice treat. The rooms are very clean and tidy, cozy, and a decent size, though not huge. The whole place has a comforting feel. It's a great choice in Batumi for work or leisure, with a perfect Old Batumi location, reasonable prices, and an extremely friendly, helpful team.
