We were relieved to leave. In room 303, cigarette smoke was overpowering, especially in the bathroom, apparently coming through the walls or ventilation. After about an hour, my partner and I both had throat irritation, as if we’d smoked several cigarettes. We had to leave the balcony door open all night, but the room faced a busy road and the traffic noise made sleep impossible. We’d booked through Booking.com with a confirmed free upgrade to a suite, but were given a basic standard room and told no suites were available. The manager offered reimbursement so we could stay elsewhere. It was already late, we had lots of luggage, and had to leave early the next morning, so moving wasn’t a realistic option. It was a very uncomfortable stay, far below expectations. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone wanting a restful night in Tbilisi.

The room had a bad smell, and they couldn’t fix it or even try, or offer compensation. The card terminal didn’t work, so I had to pay cash. There were no towels at first, and the one they eventually brought was very old and used. The headboard connected to the well was dirty. It’s called a 3-star hotel, but it felt like zero stars. Stay away.

The location was the only good thing. The carpets in the room were very dirty, and although the city was cold, the closed room felt hot. The AC didn’t work, and breakfast was very bad.

The staff were friendly, the location was great, and rooms use key cards for entry. But the rooms were cold, the bathroom was very small and poor, and the decor didn’t feel Georgian.
