2/10
The staff’s response to our request about hot water was no response at all. There was only cold water in the sink, and the bidet had cold water too, with no way to make it warm. The shower doors didn’t fit the cabin properly, so water leaked onto the floor when they were closed, and water pooled instead of draining. There was hair in the bathroom and the shower drain was clogged. Dust covered the desk and closet, huge cobwebs hung by the window, and the tulle on both windows was torn in much the same way. The closet doors were so badly adjusted that they kept opening on their own, leaving everything visible. There was no information about the mini-bar being paid or what anything in it cost, and the checks of it felt strange. Between the staff’s attitude and the dirty, worn room, our stay was spoiled. The hotel presents itself as four-star, but I can only give it one star and wouldn’t recommend visiting.

The staff and reception team were warm and friendly, and breakfast was excellent. It’s also close to Batumi’s tourist areas. I’d highly recommend it 👌🏻

A decent budget apartment in a good location, but there was no hot water when we were about to check in. Also, there’s no lift to bring luggage up from the parking area.
