The food was average, but we really enjoyed our time here. The reception team were friendly and helpful, and there’s a play area plus unlimited tea and coffee. Our room was cleaned daily, with sheets and towels changed regularly. The hotel feels new and modern, and the rooms are nice. If you’re going to Batumi, this hotel is a good choice.

The reception team were very friendly and helpful, and the location near the center is excellent. This was my second visit, usually for work, and it’s fine if all you need is somewhere to sleep. Still, I had a few issues. Food choices were limited, and the gym didn’t have proper access control. Guests often took over lobby tables without anyone keeping an eye on it. Housekeeping was disappointing too: sheets were changed only every four days unless I asked, and the room wasn’t consistently tidy. The pool is shared with the residential complex, so there’s less privacy.

The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. Staff were helpful throughout, and friendly from the moment we arrived until we left. Of all the Ibis hotels I’ve stayed at, this was the best. It’s a place you’ll enjoy staying in.
