The rooms are warm and comfortable, and they’re cleaned every day. Each person gets half a liter of drinking water, plus coffee, tea, and sugar in single-use packets. The hotel now goes by “Soft.” They also sell wine and offer a bottle to try, which was quite good.

They said they had cancelled my appointment and supposedly called me, but I never got a call or any notice by text. I’d booked through Instagram, and they didn’t message me there either.
