The hosts were so kind and polite, and the rooms, though small, were spotless and had everything ready. We spent two nights here and found the neighborhood really quiet, a good spot to unwind. There’s a grocery store two blocks away, and plenty of free parking at the house. I’d happily stay here again if I travel back, and would definitely recommend it. I’ve added a few photos from the neighborhood. When we were there in summer, it was rainy and cloudy, and the streets felt very calm. It was lovely to walk around in the quiet. There’s lots of space to park if you’re driving, and the house has a beautiful yard with a green garden, tables, and chairs where you can enjoy the weather.

The rooms are very clean, each with its own bathroom and AC. There’s a studio apartment on the third floor, and a few rooms on the second. Two rooms are at the back, with AC, a fridge, a kettle, and a double bed. Sound carries between rooms because there’s not much insulation, which makes for a pretty interesting experience.

We had a wonderful stay at nia guest house in batumi, mashallah. The family was very helpful, especially mano and rewaz, and gave us an amazing welcome 🤗 My wife and I are grateful to mano and rewaz. I’d recommend staying here with your family.
