The place looks nothing like its social media photos. Arriving to find such a difference felt like a complete misrepresentation of what guests actually get. There was a strong cigarette smell throughout the house, and it felt unhygienic. The beds and equipment were dirty, and the tables seemed no cleaner than the floor. Dust and dirt covered the heating radiators, adding to the bad air and smell. Construction surrounded the property, with tall wooden boards all around it, so there were no views and it felt like staying inside a building site. Communication and service were terrible. There’s a barbecue, but the owners provide neither firewood nor an axe, so the facility can’t really be used. Unless it’s an absolute emergency, I wouldn’t spend the night here. For the same price, you could have an extraordinary stay at any Tbilisi hotel.

The yard is pleasant when the weather’s good, but the rest of the place left me remembering all its horrors once I got home. The sheets were so dirty it was impossible to sleep there, and after seeing them I had doubts about the cleanliness of everything. I wouldn’t pay to visit, and I’d never go back.

The toilet had no running water, and the furniture and appliances were all broken. There were rats all over the yard and definitely in the house too, judging by the bedding, which had rat holes.

If you enjoy a fight, go ahead. It’ll be hard to convince the owner that anything is actually dirty 👀.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! The photos and social media make it look much nicer than it is. Everything was filthy, and the fridge didn’t work, so there was no way to keep drinks or food cool. The kitchen had no usable tools, everything was ruined. The bedrooms weren’t clean, the blankets smelled, and it was obvious nobody had tidied the house after the previous event. If you’d rather not spend your time cleaning someone else’s trash instead of having fun, find somewhere else for an overnight party.
