Tamuna and her mother were kind and helped us with everything. When our train was delayed, or something like that, since nobody at the main railway station spoke enough English to explain, we needed another night in Tbilisi. They quickly found us a place on the same street without any hassle. The guest house is clean, spacious, cozy, and feels like home, with everything you might need. It's a short walk from the center. The interior isn't designer style, but we had a great experience. I'd send my own mother there tomorrow if she needed a place.

I stayed for six nights and really enjoyed it. It’s quiet and right in the center. Zatika is lovely and takes good care of the rooms, doing her best to make you comfortable.

Clean and peaceful, and the price felt fair for how close Zatika is to Freedom Square. We really liked the place. The bed did make quite a bit of noise, though.

It felt like we’d walked into a home someone had just left behind. The whole place was very run down, with used towels, trash that hadn’t been collected, a broken toilet, and a dirty kitchen.
